"Wallaroo #158 and the 19th Wallaroos captain, Emily’s work ethic and passion for the jersey means she has left it in a better place."

Former Wallaroos captain Emily Chancellor has announced her retirement from international rugby after an eight-year career. The 35-year-old loose-forward will play her 41st and final Test for Australia in the WXV Global Series match against Scotland in Canberra.
Chancellor debuted against the Black Ferns in 2018 and represented Australia at two World Cups in 2021 and 2025. While stepping down from national duties, Chancellor confirmed she will remain available for the NSW Waratahs in Super Rugby Women's.
