The Story in 60 Seconds

Springbok attack coach Tony Brown revealed he did not hesitate to join head coach Rassie Erasmus' management group when offered the position. Speaking on the Plumtree Uncut podcast with John Plumtree, Brown explained that Erasmus reached out after the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Despite interest from Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi, Brown opted to wait for South Africa and accepted immediately once Erasmus confirmed the offer.

The former All Blacks flyhalf praised the setup in South Africa, stating the team has got everything right through player development and success at the U20 level.
