Omar Alderete and Kevin Danso are not the only Sunderland pairing who must never start together again.

Football FanCast writer Dan Emery argues that Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris must not start Chris Rigg and Timur Tuterov together again following their 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth. Emery believes the attacking duo was just as poor as central defensive partners Kevin Danso and Omar Alderete, failing to provide any offensive threat at the Vitality Stadium.
Danso was sent off in the 17th minute, while Alderete committed an error leading to Bournemouth's second goal. However, Emery highlights that Tuterov registered zero shots and Rigg created no chances, following a similarly ineffective showing against Torreense, arguing both should lose their starting spots.
