Ten games into the 2026-27 campaign, the Rangers are stepping up to the challenges, winning games, and most importantly, doing it as a team.
Chris Feldman reports that the New York Rangers opened their 2026-27 season with a 6-3-1 record across their first 10 games despite early adversity, including losing their star goaltender for the season. Goaltender Dylan Garand rebounded strongly in a 1-0 overtime loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets after being pulled the previous night against the New Jersey Devils.
Feldman highlights that the Rangers, currently the youngest team in the NHL, are successfully executing head coach Mike Sullivan's systems. The team has shown resilience by answering tough defeats with solid performances and is receiving key contributions from secondary scoring across the lineup.
