Michael Ball tackles the big issues at Hill Dickinson Stadium following Everton's 2-0 defeat to Chelsea

Michael Ball strongly disagrees with pundit Danny Murphy's praise of referee Paul Tierney following Everton's Premier League home defeat against Chelsea. Ball argues that Tierney disrupted the game's flow with excessive early fouls, including a contentious yellow card for Harrison Armstrong, while failing to dismiss Chelsea's Morgan Rogers for a challenge on James Garner.
Ball also criticizes Everton manager David Moyes for passive tactics, questionable lineup selections, and bringing on an unfit Christian Norgaard, whose foul led to Chelsea's second goal. Additionally, he faults Everton for failing to test Chelsea's debutant substitute goalkeeper Mike Penders after starter Emiliano Martinez went off injured.
