The Seattle Seahawks announced four practice squad transactions on October 19, 2026. The team signed tight end Josiah Deguara and fullback Jackson Acker to their practice squad, while simultaneously releasing running back Dontae McMillan and wide receiver Malick Meiga in corresponding roster moves.
Deguara, a 29-year-old former third-round draft pick by the Green Bay Packers, joined Seattle after appearing in one game for the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2026 season. Prior to his recent release from Philadelphia's practice squad, he spent time with several NFL franchises, including the Jaguars, Cardinals, 49ers, and Giants.
