Distraught Kingsley cut an emotional figure after the game as he tried to put into words what had unfolded at Parkhead
Hearts vice-captain Stephen Kingsley voiced his embarrassment following his team's heavy 7-1 defeat against Celtic at Celtic Park. The defender criticized Hearts for committing a calamity of errors, particularly conceding early from set pieces, which allowed the clinical champions to comfortably exploit their mistakes.
Despite the devastating loss, Kingsley stressed that the pain does not match last season's final-day title heartbreak. He urged manager Wouter Vrancken's squad to regroup swiftly and address their defensive flaws ahead of an upcoming European fixture away to Trabzonspor on Thursday.
