Tobias Harris is out, and Chet Holmgren is available for Spurs-Thunder on opening night. Here’s the injury report and what fans should be excited to watch.

The San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder have released their official injury reports ahead of their opening night clash at the Frost Bank Center. For San Antonio, Tobias Harris and Jayden Quaintance are ruled out. Oklahoma City will be without Nikola Topic, Thomas Sorber, and Otega Oweh, while Chet Holmgren is set to play after missing the preseason with a quad injury.
Spurs head coach Mitch Johnson plans to deploy a new guard-heavy starting unit consisting of De'Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper, Devin Vassell, and Victor Wembanyama. Mark Daigneault's Thunder are expected to counter with significant size, featuring Holmgren, Isaiah Hartenstein, and 7-foot-3 rookie Aday Mara.
