Jamie Carragher issues Evangelos Marinakis warning as Nottingham Forest ‘problem’ outlined

Pundit Jamie Carragher has backed Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner to succeed and eventually compete for silverware, provided owner Evangelos Marinakis shows patience. Forest currently sit 19th in the Premier League table after seven games, having suffered three consecutive defeats ahead of their upcoming fixture against Ipswich Town.

Speaking to Sky Sports Austria, Carragher stated that Forest will avoid relegation under Glasner and praised their recent performances against Arsenal and Liverpool. However, he cautioned that Marinakis has historically changed managers quickly, noting Glasner's previous trophy-winning success at Eintracht Frankfurt and Crystal Palace requires time to replicate.
