Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin carted off with knee injury against San Francisco 49ers.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin was carted off the field during a Monday Night Football matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The injury occurred with 1:56 remaining in the first quarter, after which medical staff placed an air cast on McLaurin's left leg. He was immediately ruled out of the contest with what is reported to be a potentially serious knee injury.
The setback adds to recent injury struggles for McLaurin, who had previously missed time this season with a hamstring problem and sat out seven games in 2025. Following an All-Pro campaign in 2024, McLaurin signed a three-year, $97 million contract extension prior to a 2025 season marked by career-low statistical totals.
