Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani Drops Honest Quote After Getting Swept in NLCS

Shohei Ohtani voiced his disappointment and admitted the Milwaukee Brewers exposed parts of his game after the Los Angeles Dodgers were swept in the NLCS. Milwaukee overcame a four-run deficit to defeat the Dodgers 6-4 in Game 4 at Dodger Stadium on Thursday, ending Los Angeles' bid for a third consecutive World Series title and sending the Brewers to the Fall Classic for the first time in 44 years.

Despite hitting a three-run home run in Game 4, Ohtani struggled to establish a consistent rhythm during the postseason following late-season health issues. He concluded his 2026 campaign batting .275 with 30 home runs and 81 RBIs, alongside an 8-2 record with a 1.79 ERA across 14 starts on the mound.
