Inter Milan could welcome a new investor as a Qatari fund has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring a minority stake from current owner Oaktree. According to Corriere della Sera, Doha-based family office Al Mirqab, which manages the fortune of former Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, is the leading name. Discussions between the parties are currently at the verbal stage.
Sheikh Hamad has already made substantial real estate investments in Milan, including purchases on via Monte Napoleone and a former property of Silvio Berlusconi. The potential deal comes as Inter closed the 2025-2026 season with 518 million euros in turnover and a 22.7 million euro profit, alongside club valuations ranging between 1.5 billion and 2.1 billion euros.
