The Story in 60 Seconds

Referee Chris Graham has been selected by the Scottish Football Association to officiate a Rangers match for the first time in two years. Graham will take charge of Rangers' upcoming weekend fixture against St Johnstone at Ibrox, marking only his second time refereeing a match involving the Glasgow club.

His only previous Rangers fixture was a 3-0 Premier Sports Cup victory over Dundee in September 2024. That match featured controversy when Cyriel Dessers was denied a penalty after an incident with Mo Sylla, a call the SFA later acknowledged was an error. Across 10 matches this season, Graham has issued 40 cards.
