Crystal Palace Eyeing Kieran McKenna as Pierre Sage Sack Update Emerges

Crystal Palace are considering Kieran McKenna as a leading candidate to replace manager Pierre Sage if the club decides to dismiss him. Sage has reportedly been given two games to save his job following a 5-0 derby defeat to Brighton and a poor start to the Premier League season. Palace face Besiktas in the Europa League and Newcastle in the league this week in pivotal fixtures for the manager's future.

Owner Steve Parish is reportedly frustrated by Sage's tactics, substitution choices, and public disagreements with squad members. Tension also developed during the summer due to UEFA spending constraints affecting transfer business. Alongside McKenna, former Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has also been identified on the club's shortlist should a managerial change occur.
