NFC Notes: Mike LaFleur, Raheem Morris, 49ers, Cardinals, Rams

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan expressed strong support for defensive coordinator Raheem Morris, stating Morris deserves a head coaching opportunity but has a permanent place in San Francisco as long as Shanahan remains. Meanwhile, Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur praised his team's resilience following a win over the Los Angeles Rams where kicker Chad Ryland accounted for all points with six field goals.

The Los Angeles Rams face renewed kicking issues after newly signed kicker Blake Grupe was injured in his first start, having initially replaced the injured Harrison Mevis. Rams head coach Sean McVay stressed the need for better production and protection on special teams, while running back Kyren Williams voiced frustration regarding the offense's drive-to-drive consistency.
