Barcelona reportedly fear that midfielder Dani Olmo could be sidelined for roughly four to five weeks following an adductor injury suffered in Tuesday's defeat to PSG. The Spain international was substituted during the first half at the Parc des Princes and is scheduled to undergo an MRI scan upon returning to the club to confirm the full severity of the tear.
According to an initial report from Diario AS, Olmo is expected to miss Sunday's El Clasico clash as well as upcoming fixtures against Alaves, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid, Villarreal, and Sabah. He joins a growing Barcelona injury list that already includes Eric Garcia, Andreas Christensen, and Jules Kounde.
