Serious concerns around João Neves, Maresca’s plan with Ayyoub Bouaddi

João Neves is facing reduced playing time at Paris Saint-Germain after falling behind Fabián Ruiz and Warren Zaïre-Emery in manager Luis Enrique's rotation following a post-international sluggishness. Meanwhile, manager Enzo Maresca plans to grant 19-year-old midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi an expanded midfield role after his impressive Champions League display against PSG, following his 95 million euro permanent summer transfer from Lille to replace Rodri.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid saw their appeal rejected by the RFEF Appeal Committee regarding Vinícius Jr's four-match suspension. The Brazilian winger is set to miss key La Liga fixtures, including El Clásico against FC Barcelona, prompting the club to appeal further to the Administrative Court of Sport.
