Dinamo prepare for future as Newcastle United circle for 15 goal phenomenon

Newcastle United are tracking Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Beljo following an impressive run of form, according to a report from Vecernji List. The 24-year-old forward has registered 15 goals and seven assists across 15 appearances in all competitions this season. Dinamo Zagreb previously rejected a €20m offer in the summer and are now preparing for his eventual departure, anticipating a potential club-record permanent sale.

Alongside Newcastle, Real Betis and AC Milan are also reportedly monitoring the Croatian international. Sport Witness notes that while Newcastle already feature attacking options such as Matias Fernandez-Pardo, William Osula, and Yoanne Wissa, Beljo's remarkable scoring rate makes him an appealing target, though questions remain regarding his adaptability to English football.
