Michael 'Venom' Page says MMA fighters need to form a union and "move as one" if they want to secure better pay in the sport.

Michael 'Venom' Page has urged mixed martial arts competitors to form a union and unite to secure better pay across the sport. Speaking after signing with Misfits Boxing following his exit from the UFC, the 39-year-old fighter criticized current athlete compensation in MMA compared to other top-tier sports. Page emphasized the importance of legislation similar to the Muhammad Ali Act to combat monopolies and protect competitor rights.
While UFC president Dana White has consistently defended the organization's pay scale, Page stated that many athletes remain financially challenged and fear repercussions if they speak out alone. Page, who won five of six UFC bouts, revealed he expects to earn significantly more with Misfits and aims to debut early next year in either boxing or MMA.
