Ally McCoist: Rangers are in a much better place than Man Utd and City

Former Rangers striker and manager Ally McCoist stated that Rangers are currently in a much better position off the pitch than Premier League clubs Manchester United and Manchester City. Speaking to Ibrox Noise, McCoist highlighted that both Manchester clubs face massive off-pitch issues, whereas Rangers are enjoying relative stability and an increasingly satisfied fan base under their current leadership.

While McCoist expressed optimism regarding the club's stronger foundations, writer Sam Groves noted that the 49ers, Andrew Cavenagh, and Jim Gillespie still face scrutiny. Groves emphasized that the true measure of success under the current ownership regime will ultimately be determined by winning trophies and sustaining success at the top of Scottish football.
