The New York Jets got some good days before the Miami Dolphins game in Week 7.

The New York Jets received positive injury updates ahead of their upcoming game against the Miami Dolphins, with offensive guard Dylan Parham and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell returning to practice on a limited basis. Parham had missed the previous three games due to a knee injury, while Mitchell returned following finger surgery that sidelined him for four contests. Their availability will depend on progression throughout the week.
Running backs Breece Hall and Kene Nwangwu did not practice on Wednesday, while Kiko Mauigoa and Joseph Ossai remain week-to-week. Defensive linemen T'Vondre Sweat and Will McDonald were also limited in practice but are expected to be fine for Sunday's matchup.
