Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin is reportedly open to leaving the club in the January transfer window to join La Liga side Real Betis. The 25-year-old Belgian international previously rejected a move to Turkish club Besiktas in hopes of securing a transfer to one of Europe's top five leagues. Real Betis are continuing their pursuit of the midfielder ahead of the winter window.
Rangers maintain a strong negotiating stance, valuing the midfielder at £20 million with his contract running through 2028. While manager Derek McInnes' side faces no immediate pressure to sell, reports indicate Raskin is unlikely to sign an extension, increasing the likelihood of a permanent transfer by next summer.
