Tottenham identify ‘this’ Chelsea star as Pedro Porro replacement

Tottenham Hotspur are closely monitoring Chelsea right-back Malo Gusto as a potential permanent replacement for Pedro Porro, according to Flashscore. Porro is reportedly considering an exit amid transfer interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid. Gusto has experienced limited playing time at Chelsea under manager Xabi Alonso, which has alerted Spurs, Liverpool, PSG, Bayern Munich, and Atletico Madrid ahead of upcoming transfer windows.

Chelsea reportedly want to sign a new right-back in January, casting doubt on Gusto's long-term future despite his contract running through 2030. Although Chelsea are not under immediate pressure to sell, writer Rohan Sengupta argues that Tottenham could tempt the 23-year-old Frenchman with regular minutes under manager Roberto De Zerbi.
