The Carolina Hurricanes have officially activated forward Seth Jarvis from injured reserve ahead of their upcoming game. Jarvis underwent shoulder surgery in late June following the team's Stanley Cup victory and was initially expected to miss four to six months. Returning ahead of schedule after nearly four months of recovery, Jarvis provides an offensive boost to a Carolina team that started the 2026-27 season with an 8-2-1 record through 11 contests.
Since the 2023-24 season, the 24-year-old forward has tallied 97 goals and 200 points in 225 games. In corresponding roster moves, the Hurricanes recalled center Skyler Brind'Amour from the AHL's Chicago Wolves and reassigned forward Bradly Nadeau to the minors.
