In his first game with the Blazers since 2023 and first since recovering from a torn Achilles, Lillard showed why he's a nine-time All-Star.

Damian Lillard scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 124-83 rout over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday. Making his first appearance for Portland since March 2023, the 36-year-old guard converted six 3-pointers across fewer than 24 minutes of action.
The performance marked Lillard's successful return following a ruptured right Achilles suffered with the Milwaukee Bucks in April 2025. Portland established total control early by opening the game on a 21-0 run, allowing Lillard to sit out the entire fourth quarter after shooting 7-of-12 from the field.
