Travis Kelce has been listed as limited in practice by the Kansas City Chiefs after suffering an ankle injury during their win over the Los Angeles Chargers, raising a small concern ahead of their clash with the Seattle Seahawks.
Travis Kelce was listed as a limited participant in Kansas City Chiefs practice due to an ankle injury sustained against the Los Angeles Chargers. The veteran tight end tweaked his ankle during the first quarter of the 22-6 win but returned to finish the game with four catches for 53 yards. Head coach Andy Reid initially stated Kelce would be fine, but the team continues to monitor his progress ahead of their upcoming game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Kelce's status remains critical as Kansas City deals with multiple offensive injuries. Wide receiver Rashee Rice did not practice due to a hamstring injury, while offensive tackles Josh Simmons and Jaylon Moore were also sidelined. Additionally, receiver Tyquan Thornton is expected to miss most of the regular season with a dislocated ankle, leaving quarterback Patrick Mahomes with limited passing options if Kelce cannot play.
