According to a report by The Telegraph, Castanos consults for Arsenal's coaching staff, bringing neuroscience-inspired training methods and creative problem-solving techniques to London Colney. Although he does not hold a publicly listed coaching title, Castanos celebrated alongside Arteta and staff following the club's recent Premier League title win.

Castanos reportedly connected with Arsenal through set-piece coach Nicolas Jover, who was impressed by his published books on alternative performance concepts. His work focuses on quick thinking and adaptability through unconventional training scenarios, aligning with Arteta's broader efforts to gain marginal advantages and foster continuous innovation across the squad.
