Euroleague Basketball has unveiled a 10-year business plan forecasting a combined valuation exceeding €13 billion for the league and its licensed clubs. Approved by all 13 shareholder clubs during a meeting in Lake Como, the roadmap targets €3.4 billion in team distributions and €648 million in annual commercial revenue by year ten as the competition shifts toward a franchise-based model.
The organization expects the league itself to reach a €7.98 billion valuation, with licensed clubs climbing to €5.4 billion. Potential expansion windows in 2027 and 2031 are projected to yield €1.2 billion in franchise fees, with EuroLeague shareholders having reportedly rejected an NBA purchase proposal as the NBA examines a European presence.
