Arsenal were among the Premier League sides watching on in the Champions League…

Arsenal were reportedly among several Premier League clubs to send scouts to Porto on Tuesday night for a Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven. Portuguese outlet A Bola reported that Everton, Tottenham, and Newcastle United also had representatives in attendance for the clash, which finished 1-0 to the Dutch side following a goal by Guus Til.
While reports did not specify which players were being watched, Arsenal have recently been linked with Porto trio William Gomes, Victor Froholdt, and Oskar Pietuszewski. All three reportedly struggled during the game, while PSV head coach Peter Bosz praised his team's effort after securing the victory.
