Chelsea could sign Alex Scott after Bournemouth's chairman admits the midfielder has 'stars in his eyes' over a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

Bournemouth chairman Bill Foley admitted that midfielder Alex Scott could have his head turned by interest from Chelsea and Manchester City. Foley acknowledged that while the club wants Scott to sign a new contract, players sometimes get stars in their eyes regarding moves to Premier League heavyweights.
The Pride of London reports that a permanent transfer fee exceeding £90 million could be required to sign Scott in January. Writer James Fudge suggests Chelsea could include players such as Romeo Lavia, Valentín Barco, or Dário Essugo in a potential deal to facilitate negotiations.
