Los Angeles Lakers forward Jake LaRavia is listed as questionable for Friday's matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers due to a right ankle sprain. LaRavia suffered the injury late in the fourth quarter of Wednesday's 127-105 season-opening victory over the Golden State Warriors, leaving the court with assistance after scoring 10 points in 18 minutes.
Head coach JJ Redick expressed cautious optimism following the game, noting that LaRavia will be evaluated before Friday's contest. While Collin Sexton is set to return from a calf issue, the Lakers remain without Cameron Carr and Adou Thiero due to ongoing injuries.
