The Rams' tight end room's motto is being "the straw that stirs the drink," aiming to bring energy and consistency to the team, now in the wake injury and adversity.

The Los Angeles Rams tight end group has embraced the motto "the straw that stirs the drink" to provide energy and leadership across all phases amid a 2-4 start to the season. Tight ends Davis Allen, Colby Parkinson, and Tyler Higbee have taken on expanded roles in both blocking and pass catching while navigating a series of injuries across the roster.
Despite health setbacks, including Terrance Ferguson landing on Injured Reserve with an ankle sprain, the group has continued to produce on offense and special teams. Quarterback Matthew Stafford and offensive coordinator Nate Scheelhaase praised the unit's resilience, selflessness, and "next-man-up" mentality as the Rams manage extensive injuries throughout the team.
