Free agent outside linebacker Kyle Kennard was hosted by both the Seattle Seahawks and the Carolina Panthers this week, according to the NFL transactions wire. Kennard visited the Panthers and held a workout with the Seahawks as he evaluates potential opportunities across the league.
Kennard, 24, was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft out of South Carolina. After recording two tackles across five appearances in 2025, he was waived with an injury designation following the preseason and subsequently released with an injury settlement.
