The Tampa Bay Buccaneers saw an improved participation level during Thursday's practice despite multiple players dealing with illnesses. Running back Bucky Irving and cornerback Zyon McCollum were upgraded to limited participants after missing Wednesday's session, while defensive tackle Calijah Kancey advanced to a full participant ahead of their matchup with the Carolina Panthers.
Concerns remain regarding wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, who did not practice due to a concussion and foot injury, making his Sunday availability unlikely. Right tackle Luke Goedeke also did not practice due to a calf issue, while quarterback Baker Mayfield participated fully despite a right thumb injury.
