Rooney has urged the Manchester United board to provide clarity regarding Michael Carrick…

Wayne Rooney has warned that the Manchester United dressing room is being torn apart and predicted more players will publicly express their frustration. Speaking on The United Stand podcast, the former United striker criticized Lisandro Martinez and Bruno Fernandes following their outspoken public comments in the wake of consecutive Champions League defeats to Atletico Madrid and Como.
Rooney labeled both Martinez and Fernandes selfish, accusing them of deflecting blame away from their own poor performances instead of taking responsibility on the pitch. Martinez previously criticized technical director Jason Wilcox and teammates, while Fernandes hit out at manager Michael Carrick's tactics following a 4-1 defeat to Como.
