Ownership connections between the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders could open the door to a blockbuster trade for edge rusher Maxx Crosby before the NFL deadline.
NFL insider Jason La Canfora reports the Dallas Cowboys will pursue trade talks with the Las Vegas Raiders for star edge rusher Maxx Crosby ahead of the November 10 deadline. Dallas is struggling at 2-4 and has logged just seven sacks across six games. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is expected to leverage a strong personal relationship with Raiders owner Mark Davis to explore a potential deal.
Crosby, who is under contract through 2029, has recorded two sacks this season after a reported offseason trade to Baltimore collapsed due to a failed physical. Arizona Cardinals pass rusher Josh Sweat is also considered an attainable target for Dallas.
