Manchester United’s season hit a new low with a 4-1 defeat at Como on Wednesday…

Wayne Rooney criticized Manchester United players for acting like babies and being selfish following their 4-1 defeat to Como in the Champions League. Speaking on The United Stand podcast, the former United striker specifically urged captain Bruno Fernandes and defender Lisandro Martinez to take personal responsibility instead of deflecting blame onto others.
Rooney noted that public criticisms from Martinez toward Jason Wilcox and Fernandes targeting manager Michael Carrick risked dividing the dressing room. He highlighted that Fernandes is enduring poor form and called upon the Manchester United board to offer clarity regarding Carrick's future at the club.
