A number of key players have been struck down by the bug and others are starting to show symptoms.

Aberdeen manager Stephen Robinson revealed that a virus has swept through the squad ahead of Saturday's match against Dundee United at Tannadice. Multiple players have been sidelined by the illness, which Robinson described as a three-to-four-day condition, forcing tactical and selection adjustments.
Latvian central defender Kristers Tobers, who recently returned from a 17-month injury absence, is among those sidelined by the bug. Despite the disrupted preparations, Robinson maintained confidence that Aberdeen can field a competitive lineup capable of securing back-to-back league wins.
