A former Manchester United star, who made 51 appearances for the Reds, has returned to football eight months after leaving his last club…

Former Manchester United defender Brandon Williams has signed a three-month contract with League Two club Rotherham United. The 26-year-old full-back joins on a free transfer after being without a club since departing Hull City in February. Williams trained with Rotherham throughout pre-season and could make his debut against Shrewsbury Town on Saturday, wearing the No. 33 shirt.
Rotherham head coach Alex Bruce praised Williams for his determination and work ethic after training without pay since pre-season. The Millers currently sit 22nd in League Two following a seven-match winless streak across all competitions.
