Former ESPN reporter Britt McHenry is no longer a press advisor at the State Department, reportedly resigning days after videos of a confrontation at a Washington Wizards game went viral.

Former ESPN reporter and Fox News personality Britt McHenry has resigned from her role as a press advisor for the U.S. State Department. The move followed viral footage of an altercation during the Washington Wizards' home opener against the Milwaukee Bucks at Capital One Arena, where McHenry reportedly threw a drink toward a spectator after one was thrown at her.
The confrontation reportedly began after McHenry defended Winnie Harlow, fiancée of Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma, from heckling fans. Video footage showed McHenry exiting the stands under hostility from the crowd, making gestures, and arguing with venue security before leaving the arena.
