Team Bond wins four at Gloucester Park

Trainers Greg and Skye Bond combined with stable driver Deni Roberts to secure four victories at Gloucester Park on Friday evening. The standout triumph came in the $125,000 Group 2 Racing WA Classic, where four-year-old gelding Mad Monday produced a dominant front-running display to secure the win. The victory also marked Roberts's 100th race win of the season.

Mad Monday rated 1.54.7 with a final quarter of 27.3 seconds, finishing ahead of runner-up Runkle Crunch and third-placed Stormy Vista. The stable's other winners included Troubadour, Harrison John, and Manuka Bay. Mad Monday is targeted next for the $200,000 Group 1 Golden Nugget ahead of a potential slot in the $1.5 million Eureka.
