Jayson Tatum extends olive branch to Jaylen Brown amid rumored rift: ‘There’s no beef’

Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum denied having any feud with former teammate Jaylen Brown following Boston's 107-104 win over the New York Knicks on Friday. Tatum addressed the situation after Brown commented "cap" on Instagram regarding Tatum's docuseries clip about being stunned by Brown's trade to the Philadelphia 76ers. Tatum stated he holds no animosity and hopes to speak directly with Brown to clear the air.

Brown was traded to Philadelphia on July 1 after spending nine seasons alongside Tatum in Boston. Tatum said he reached out via call and text immediately following the trade. He emphasized that their shared accomplishments, including an NBA championship and two NBA Finals appearances, should be celebrated rather than overshadowed by media speculation about an alleged rift.
