Ronald Acuna Jr. would be a major splash for the Red Sox this offseason, but the package may be different from what fans expect.

BoSox Injection proposes a hypothetical blockbuster trade sending Atlanta Braves superstar outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. to the Boston Red Sox. Writer Brian Burrows suggests Red Sox Chief Baseball Officer Craig Breslow could pursue Acuña, citing a full 40-man roster and luxury tax constraints that may push Boston toward a major splash.
Under the proposed proposal, Boston would acquire Acuña and pitching prospects Owen Murphy and Luke Sinnard. In exchange, the Braves would receive outfielder Jarren Duran, right-hander Brayan Bello, infielder Andruw Monasterio, and top infield prospect Henry Godbout.
