Jose Mourinho refused to bend Real Madrid’s identity for Lamine Yamal

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho announced he will not alter his team's identity or structural plans to focus solely on Barcelona's Lamine Yamal in Sunday's El Clasico. Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Saturday, Mourinho praised Yamal as a great player who deserves respect, but emphasized that Real Madrid must maintain focus on collective teamwork rather than one individual opponent.

The Real Champs writer Hridyam Arora argues that Mourinho is handling the Clasico approach correctly by withholding tactical details and keeping pressure off his squad. The article notes that Mourinho is treating the matchup as just another important game, avoiding unnecessary fireworks during press conferences ahead of the crucial fixture against Barcelona.
