This is why we will see these Newcastle United players succeed after Matthias Jaissle leaves

Writing for NUFC The Mag, the contributor argues that Newcastle United's current squad may only find success once manager Matthias Jaissle departs. Following a recent home defeat to Aston Villa, the writer expresses deep skepticism regarding Jaissle's tactical system and unyielding approach, which has reportedly left the midfield overwhelmed and the team struggling across seven matches this season.

Drawing parallels to the Kenny Dalglish era, where several signings eventually flourished under Sir Bobby Robson, the author believes the current players possess ability but are constrained by Jaissle's setup. The writer predicts that unless the manager's tactical system rapidly improves, Jaissle could face dismissal by late January.
