SATURDAY WRAP: Leicester Tigers’ dominant second-half performance earned them an impressive 28-7 victory over East Midlands rivals Northampton Saints.

Leicester Tigers mounted a dominant second-half comeback to defeat reigning Gallagher Premiership champions Northampton Saints 28-7 at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. Despite Northampton taking a 7-3 lead into halftime through an early James Pater try, Leicester responded with four unanswered second-half tries from Jamie Blamire, Cameron Henderson, Finn Carnduff, and Freddie Steward to secure a bonus-point victory.
The result moves Leicester up to second in the Premiership table with three wins from four games. Elsewhere, Bristol Bears climbed to third place after defeating Exeter Chiefs 20-7 in adverse weather conditions at Ashton Gate, marking their fifth consecutive league win over Exeter.
