The Atlanta Falcons announced a series of five roster moves on Saturday, headlined by activating cornerback A.J. Terrell from injured reserve. The team confirmed that Terrell is scheduled to make his return to action on Sunday. Additionally, the Falcons signed defensive end Drake Jackson to the active roster and placed offensive tackle Michael Jerrell on injured reserve.
To round out the roster adjustments, Atlanta utilized standard practice squad elevations on running back Khalil Herbert and linebacker Brian Asamoah for game day. Terrell, 27, previously signed a four-year, $81 million contract extension ahead of the 2024 campaign and has posted six tackles and two passes defended across two appearances in 2026.
