If VJ Edgecombe can be a volume shooter, it would help balance out the Philadelphia 76ers' starting lineup.

Jack Simone of The Sixer Sense argues that VJ Edgecombe could provide crucial floor spacing for the Philadelphia 76ers' star-heavy lineup. Following a victory over the Milwaukee Bucks, Simone notes that Philadelphia's starting unit requires high-volume perimeter shooting to properly balance the offensive presence of LeBron James, Jaylen Brown, and Joel Embiid.
Edgecombe recorded 17 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and one steal against Milwaukee while shooting 5-of-10 from three-point range. Simone suggests that if Edgecombe can consistently maintain reliable volume from beyond the arc, it will create vital perimeter spacing alongside primary ball-handler Tyrese Maxey.
