The Seattle Seahawks got some bad news on any potential pursuit of running back Jonathan Taylor at the trade deadline.

The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly holding off on trading All-Pro running back Jonathan Taylor, complicating potential pursuit by the Seattle Seahawks. According to The Athletic's Jonathan Jones, the 2-4 Colts want to evaluate their playoff standing closer to the trade deadline before making any definitive decisions regarding Taylor's availability.
Bleacher Report's Kristopher Knox previously highlighted Seattle as an ideal landing spot via trade to support quarterback Sam Darnold. However, the Seahawks may reconsider making a move as running back Zach Charbonnet was recently activated from the PUP list and rookie Jadarian Price is expected to return later this season.
