Everton manager David Moyes has demanded his team create more scoring chances following their 2-0 Premier League defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. Ezri Konsa opened the scoring for Arsenal in the seventh minute, and Gabriel doubled the lead midway through the second half. Moyes praised Everton's defensive effort but expressed frustration over their lack of attacking threat.
The defeat marked Everton's second consecutive 2-0 loss without scoring, following a defeat to Chelsea. Moyes voiced disappointment over defensive lapses on Arsenal's goals while managing an attack missing the ill Jack Grealish. Everton next face Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup fourth round.
